﴿ ثُمَّ عَبَسَ وَبَسَرَ ﴾

﴿ وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا سَقَرُ ﴾

27. And what will make you know (exactly) what Hel...

﴿ لَا تُبۡقِي وَلَا تَذَرُ ﴾

28. It spares not (any sinner), nor does it leave...

﴿ لَوَّاحَةٞ لِّلۡبَشَرِ ﴾

29. Burning and blackening the skins!

﴿ عَلَيۡهَا تِسۡعَةَ عَشَرَ ﴾

30. Over it are nineteen (angels as guardians and...

﴿ وَمَا جَعَلۡنَآ أَصۡحَٰبَ ٱلنَّارِ إِلَّا مَلَٰٓئِكَةٗۖ وَمَا جَعَلۡنَا عِدَّتَهُمۡ إِلَّا فِتۡنَةٗ... ﴾

31. And We have set none but angels as guardians o...

﴿ كَلَّا وَٱلۡقَمَرِ ﴾

32. Nay! And by the moon

﴿ وَٱلَّيۡلِ إِذۡ أَدۡبَرَ ﴾

33. And by the night when it withdraws.
